Project Description
Extension and fit out of a high end serviced office development requiring extensive internal structural reconfiguration. This included the relocation of existing atrium and lift core. This also included adding an entirely new floor.
The concept was to create a high end serviced office complex, including conference and restaurant facilities for individual business travellers, small consultants, start- ups and established businesses.
The challenge was to create a VIP members club with the comfort and service of a high end hotel inclusive of the latest technology. Giving each member the confidentiality and security required whether in a hot desk, open plan pod or office environment. Allowing them to relax and enjoy their work life. Additionally we created a Penthouse members club with its own secure reception and conferencing facilities but still allowing access to all other facilities as required.
